Spearhead re-launch in New Zealand |
|
|
Spearhead Machinery was recently re-launched in New Zealand with the appointment
of New Plymouth based Agriquip Agricultural Implement Wholesalers as it official
distribution partner.
Agriquip who already successfully market the McConnel and Bomford ranges throughout
the country will be ideally placed to offer knowledge, advice and support to users
of professional mowing equipment in New Zealand.
Richard Capper, Director of Agriquip saw the addition of Spearhead as the perfect
fit. He said, ‘adding Spearhead to our portfolio was an obvious step, we know the
market here extremely well and we now have every type of requirement covered without
the need to be fighting against a tough competitor.’
He went on to say, ‘the current Spearhead range is well known for its build quality
which is important in the tough New Zealand conditions, the product development
that is also happening at the company is really exciting too. It will be good to
see the new TWIGA range coming through this year.’
Spearhead Export Manager, Antony Prince said, ‘Richard and his team are who
you call for a Reach Mower in New Zealand. They have a terrific reputation for delivering
quality service and support which is what we like to be associated with. When the
opportunity to work with Agriquip came up the decision was not too difficult.’
Agriquip have already realised a number of sales during the first half of 2010.
