SPEARHEAD PRAISED FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Territory Manager for South Eastern England, James Brown was delighted to collect
the runners up award for excellent customer service on behalf of Spearhead Machinery
Ltd at the recent Doe Show.
The annual award which is voted for by staff at all branches of the Ernest Doe Group
recognises its highest performing franchises based on a number of criteria.
James was ecstatic after collecting the award under the watchful eye of counterparts
from across the industry at what is the largest annual dealer event of its kind
in the UK.
James said of the accolade; ‘There were many interested onlookers as we stepped
up to collect the runners up award, I don’t think anybody would have expected us
to be right up there challenging with the big boys for this one. It just goes to
show that the attitude and application shown by the small but dedicated team that
we have at Spearhead is appreciated by those used to dealing with such a broad spectrum
of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers and Suppliers. Let’s hope we can go one
better and take the title next year. I will certainly be working closely with the
Doe team to build on solid foundations’.
