The Twiga Pro series is the professional task master designed to cope with the toughest of jobs. Featuring a host of innovative design features the Twiga Pro is an extremely robust, high specification reach mower built to suit the specialist contractor and large scale farmer.
Delivered with an appearance that sets it apart, the Twiga Pro also represents the latest standards in advancing performance, reliability, durability and ease of operation in the modern reach mower sector.
Power is delivered standard by a potent 66hp fully independent hydraulic system and if further grunt is required a high output 85hp hydraulic system can be specified to appease the most demanding of green maintenance professionals.
Available with a standard sideways reach option of 5.6 metres and backed up by further telescopic arm versions of 6.5, 7.0 and 8.0 metre, the Twiga Pro is designed to reach the areas others just can’t get to. If those fixed arm versions were not enough a further two Variable Forward Reach models (an original Spearhead design) also complement the model series.
A choice of Precision Proportional, Multipilot and Propilot controls give a huge choice of operating systems which allow fingertip action of the arm and head movements to deliver precise control and exemplary operator comfort throughout the working day.
Parallel arm action is fitted as standard and makes the Twiga Pro series simple to use as the arm geometry maintains the same cutting head angle as it moves in and out.
Safety protection is offered in the form of a hydraulic break out ram which when activated lifts the cutting head clear of obstructions and automatically returns it once the obstruction has been cleared.
Compatible with a comprehensive range of attachments, including cutterbars, rotary heads, Quadsaws and ditch cleaners – the Twiga Pro series allows best in class utilisation opportunities to ensure work is available all year round.

Control options
HP2 hydraulic proportional controls
The classic HP2 low pressure oil over oil hydraulic proportional control system is on the TWIGA PRO Range. Ergonomically arranged for logical directional movement and based on technology used widely in the construction industry the HP2 offers simultaneous operation for all services in one convenient package.
Defined by a reliability proven through years of service on the Spearhead Range the HP2 system is the only single lever system you will ever need and will keep you working comfortably long after your competitors.
Pro Pilot hydraulic proportional controls
Pro Pilot sets a new standard for hydraulic/electric proportional reach mower control systems. A more compact package with additional remote mounting for specific operator placement allows the machine to be more suited to mounting in modern tractor cabs.
Benefitting from additional functions on the joystick including proportional head angling, power slew, Telescope/VFR, Autopilot Cancel and Head Float all allowing the operator to manage the machine without moving their hand away from the joystick.
Attachment options
Flailhead
The TWIGA PRO Range features the high specification MP2 Flailhead as standard. The MP2 Flailhead offers the robustness and cutting capacity to fulfil all of your large scale operational requirements. Featuring a 140mm T flail and 6 inch roller, maximum durability and increased cutting capacity is confirmed and not just expected.
Quadsaw
With a working width of 2.1 metres the quality LRS 2001 Quadsaw is ideal for managing heavy growth and tree limbs of up to 150mm (6”) diameter. Widely used throughout Europe the LRS2001 perfectly compliments the TWIGA PRO Range of machines, giving exceptional cutting capacity on even the most stubborn growth with its four 500mm diameter cutting blades.
Also available for TWIGA PRO Range mounting is the larger LRS 2401 Quadsaw which gives a wider cutting width and increased capacity in even tougher conditions. Capable of dealing with growth up to 250mm (9’’) the LRS 2401 provides extra vigour with four 600mm diameter cutting blades.
Cutterbar
The TWIGA PRO Range can be specified with the HL150, HL180 or HL210 cutterbar. Offered in a length to suit your individual requirements and capable of cutting material up to 40mm in diameter, the HL cutterbar range is ideal when trimming back annual growth.
Also available on the TWIGA PRO Range is the HX150 and HX225 cutterbar which offers increased cutting capacity at up to 100mm diameter. This range is ideal for making a clean cut on heavier growth.
